Position Description

Calling directly into an organization is the most effective method of accurately verifying information about it and/or its employees, but roadblocks faced by callers limit this strategy at times. It is the goal of the RESEARCH ANALYST to either bypass these roadblocks altogether and gather information about an organization through different means, or help the calling team overcome these barriers by finding information that will better connect callers directly to the intended person or organization.

In this position you will use the internet to search out specific company positions, verify name and position and update missing emails for our client's database. You will then capture and maintain this data and ensure records are accurate. Production is executed and tracked in a CRM/database. A list of targeted contact names is always provided for each project.

What makes a great candidate?

If you have a good grasp of navigating corporate websites on the internet you would be a great candidate. Previous experience working in a CRM would also be helpful. Candidates must be very quick in learning new technology.

A few other traits that make our team members successful: business professionalism, being self-motivated, goal-oriented and dependable with excellent attendance. Good time management with strong verbal and written communication skills is important too.

Position Description

The goal of the MDR III is to effectively support the client project by using your exceptional telemarketing and appointment setting phone skills.

In this position you will conduct outbound calls on behalf of our B2B technology clients. The calls will consist of a variety of audiences, content, offers and objectives - including audience development, lead generation, lead qualification and customer cross-sell/upsell with a goal of driving more sales ready prospects through our client’s marketing lifecycle.

Production is executed and tracked in a CRM/database.

What makes a great candidate?

You must have 2-3 years of demonstrated success in B2B sales and marketing. This includes experience making over 100 prospecting calls per day and speaking with gatekeepers, influencers and C-level executives within the corporate technology industry. It is also necessary to ask smart questions and be an intuitive listener.

Preference given to candidates who possess business professionalism and are well written, self-motivated, goal-oriented, dependable and have a positive attitude.
